General Terms and Conditions

1. Identification
The SoxBrand platform, accessible through soxbrand.com, provides custom sock production services for companies.
For commercial or contractual matters, customers may contact SoxBrand at info@soxbrand.com.
Hereinafter referred to as "SoxBrand".
2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern access to and use of the SoxBrand platform and the contracting of custom sock production services. The platform is intended exclusively for companies (B2B). Access to and use of the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms.
3. Registration and Account
Access to the platform requires prior registration with valid tax identification. The customer is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all actions carried out through their account. SoxBrand reserves the right to suspend accounts in the event of a breach of these Terms or the provision of false information.
4. Orders
The minimum order quantity is 100 pairs. After submission, the customer receives email confirmation with a reference and design mockup. SoxBrand validates the design within 24 to 48 business hours and may refuse orders containing illegal or offensive graphic material, or material that infringes third-party rights.
The customer is solely responsible for the submitted graphic material and declares that they have the necessary rights to use it.
The order is only considered formally accepted and binding after confirmation by SoxBrand and receipt of payment.
5. Prices, VAT and Discounts
All prices are in euros. Applicable VAT is determined based on the customer's tax identification:
- Portuguese customers: 23% VAT;
- EU customers with tax identification validated in VIES: 0% VAT (Reverse Charge). The customer is responsible for tax obligations in their country;
- EU customers with tax identification not validated in VIES: VAT rate of the destination country;
- Non-EU customers: 0% VAT; customs duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
The following volume benefits are applied automatically:
- 200 to 299 pairs: free shipping;
- 300 to 399 pairs: free shipping + 4% discount;
- 400 to 499 pairs: free shipping + 6% discount;
- 500 or more pairs: free shipping + 8% discount.
6. Shipping and Delivery
The customer selects the preferred carrier (DPD, GLS, CTT Expresso or MRW). Shipping costs vary according to weight and destination. Indicative values for 100 pairs are shown on the platform before confirmation. The production lead time is 10 to 15 business days after design approval. SoxBrand is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers or for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
7. Payment
Available payment methods: Bank Transfer, MB Way, PayPal and Credit/Debit Card. Payment details are sent to the customer by email after order confirmation. Production is conditional on full payment. Orders not paid within 5 business days may be cancelled.
8. Cancellations and Guarantees
The products are customized according to the customer's specifications. The platform is intended exclusively for companies, so consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. The customer may cancel free of charge until production begins. After that moment, cancellations are not accepted, except in the case of a defect attributable to SoxBrand.
In the event of a production defect, SoxBrand will replace or refund the product. Claims must be sent to info@soxbrand.com within 10 business days after receipt, with photographic documentation.
9. Limitation of Liability
SoxBrand is not responsible for errors in the design supplied by the customer, differences between the digital mockup and the final result inherent to the production process, delays or damage caused by carriers, or tax consequences of invalid tax identification provided by the customer.
10. Intellectual Property
The SoxBrand platform and its respective content are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited. The customer guarantees that they hold the rights to the submitted graphic material, holding SoxBrand harmless from any liability for infringement of third-party rights.
11. Changes to the Terms
SoxBrand may update these Terms at any time, with prior notice by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the new terms.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guimaraes. For alternative dispute resolution: CNIACC - www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org or the European ODR platform - https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
